I and 5 or 6 other people found ourselves locked in a cube shaped room.
The floor was about 1 – 2 inches deep with an assortment of very large insects, which began eating away at me and the others.
Like ants carving away sections of leaves, the insects gnawed off odd shaped bits of fingers, arms, and legs, which would eventually fall off as the tissue connecting extremities to the rest of the body became thinner and thinner.
The insects caused no pain, but that made the scene almost more horrific, as we were losing body parts without even noticing.
